This is Billy McGlory, the smooth-talking mastermind of the 40 Thieves, was as slick as they came.

With charm sharp enough to talk himself out of any scrape, Billy kept his hands clean while pulling the strings behind the scenes. Known for his charisma and love for a good scheme, he could talk his way into, and out of, any situation.
